Privacy Policy

This starter policy is provided for transparency while BoostBoard is in beta. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before a full public launch.

Overview

BoostBoard is a car-soccer tactics board for creating, saving, and sharing plays. We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, profile libraries, shared play links, and app functionality.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as email address, display name, profile handle, and profile picture if you add one.
• Play data you create, including board positions, paths, drawings, folders, titles, and shared play links.
• Authentication and session data needed to keep you signed in.
• Local draft data stored on your device so refreshing the page or closing the app does not immediately erase your current board.
• Basic technical logs from hosting, database, and authentication providers used to keep the service secure and working.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your BoostBoard profile.
• To save, sync, open, duplicate, and share plays across web, iPhone, and Android.
• To provide sign-in, security, customer support, testing, debugging, and service improvements.
• To support paid access or subscriptions when purchases are added.

Third-Party Services

BoostBoard currently uses or plans to use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and profile data, Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Google for optional Google sign-in, and app/payment providers such as Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Stripe for purchases. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Payments

When paid features are enabled, payment details will be handled by the app stores or payment processors. BoostBoard does not intend to store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Sharing

If you create or open a shared play link, anyone with access to that link may be able to view the play data included in it. Do not include sensitive personal information in play titles, folders, or board content.

Children

BoostBoard is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

You can choose not to sign in and use the board locally with limited functionality. You may request account or data deletion by contacting support.
